“Passage du Gois” is considered one of the most dangerous roads in the world. It is located between the Gulf of Burn and the island of Noirmoutier, in France.
The singular road is only available twice a day and during one or two hours. The rest of the time disappears under four meters of water and can’t be used. Many drivers are caught each year. For this, they have installed rescue towers, for added protection.
