The World Health Organization (W.H.O.) believes there could be thousands of shots dosages against Ebola by 2015

Lots of companies around the world have been making various tries to get the shot that would save the world from the epidemic that has been spreading worldwide recently and has every country worried; Ebola. By 2015, if all tests turn out right, the companies promised to have thousands of shots against the epidemic.

Meanwhile, the European Union said they would contribute up to 1.200 million dollars to fight Ebola.

Cases have been growing all over the world, with thousands of deaths, so the fact that a shot is coming makes people everywhere slightly relieved.

First Face Transplant in Chile

This morning the Las Condes hospital announced they are going to do the firs face transplant in South America to a 29 years old man who suffered an accident when he was 18 years old. However, the doctors said they have to wait for a donor.

The surgery will cost 120 thousand dollars but the hospital said they will assume the majority of the costs. The doctors that will participate also received advice from international experts.

The identity of the man is unknown but because of the transplant he has been in multiple exams.

Maybe we will have an Ebola vaccine next year

The World Health Organization said that millions of doses of Ebola vaccines are committed to be made by Pharmaceutical companies for the next year. Also there are two vaccines ready for clinical trials and five more that have to be tested. Maybe, one of this could be the cure of the terrible disease guilty of the deaths of over 4,800 people this year.

Ebola Infects a Nurse who went to Africa

A nurse in Spain went to Africa and when she was treating a person, that person infected her with the Ebola and Spain was worried, and all of the population worried by this person because they think that they can be infected by this person.

In the medical clinic the doctors asked this person to do all of the exams to confirm that she had this illness and they found the illness in her, and in a couple of months they eliminate the Ebola from this person, and in this days they are doing a lots of exams that are the final ones to determinate that she is without the Ebola. In a couple of days the doctor discharged her and Spain went to the normally and they get out of the fear of this person that had Ebola and went to live life normaly

Ebola reaches the USA

A man infected with Ebola is being treated in Dallas, Texas. He recently returned to the United States from Liberia. This is the first case of the disease outside of West Africa. It took doctors two days to recognize that he had the deadly virus, which means other people might have been exposed. However, there is no need for panic, according to the Center for Disease Control. Ebola spreads by contact with bodily fluids from someone who already shows symptoms. Because of the quality of education and healthcare in the US are much better than West Africa, where ignorance about germs and a very slow medical response have allowed it to spread.
