Featured Student Blog: Huerquehue National Park

Huerquehue Nacional Park is in the region of Araucania in Caburga, Chile. The Park is one of the oldest protected areas within the country. It opened in 1912. It is one of the largest reserves of Araucaria in Chile and has 5 trails of trekking: the Lakes, Quinchol, the Huerquenes, San Sebatian and Ñirrico.

The nacional park has a lot of lakes and mountain lakes , the most well-known are: Chico Lake, Green Lake and Lake Toro.

I think dogs are very nice and loyal animals .

I have a dog his name is Lucky, he is brown and very little he has very short legs and he is very old he has like 10 years.

My family and I bought him in 2006, when I was three .

Sometimes he goes and see his friends, but he always comes back.

Student Blog Highlight: “The Olympic Games” by Isidora L.

The Olympic games are one of the most important sports competitions, all the athletes from around the world participate in variety of competitions. The Olyimpic games are considered to be the world’s foremost competitions with more than 200 nations participating.

Their creation was inspired by the ancient Olympic games, which were held in Olympia, Greece, from the 8th century to the 4th century.

The evolution during the 20th and 21th centuries has resulted in several changes. Some of these adjustments include the creation of the Winter Olympic Games. The IOC has had to adapt a variety of economic, political and technological advancements.
The games are only each four years like 2012 and the next 2016.
